It is extremely comfortable with a 35-50 high-density all-in-one original spray cotton and premium open-cell foam gracing the interior of the seat, backrest, and armrest. Top grain refers to the composition of the hide. Some people equate top grain leather with corrected grain leather. This is not correct. Top grain simply refers to the uppermost, top layer of the hide. It is the most desirable layer for leather. Why? Because the fibers of the uppermost layer of the hide are the densest, providing the strongest durability. As you move down to the lower layers of the hide, the fibers are less compact, thereby providing a less durable fiber structure. Some companies use the lower layers of the hide to make less durable products such as suede, bi-cast leather, and bonded leather.

Full-grain leather means that the natural surface of the hide is not given a grain print. Full-grain leather tends to be more expensive because none of the natural markings or imperfections are covered up. Therefore, higher quality rawhides are required.

All the hardware parts of our chairs are covered by our warranty. From the wood panel of the chair(broken and fractured) to the aluminum base (Fractured) and the Legs of the chair (deformed or broken). Our warranty does not cover scratches on the leather and wood shell of the chair caused by frequent use. Our warranty is for five years!

- To ensure that You receive the chair in a perfect state, each package box is cushioned with 5 layers of protection. On the inside of a corrugated cardboard box, two layers of flexible packaging are used. The corners of the cardboard box are protected and strengthened with paper shells as well. This makes the carton itself is hard to deform!
- To let you know at a glance the leather of our chairs, we hang a small sample leather at the headrest of each lounge chair. On the side of the armrest of each chair, you’ll find a zipper which can be opened for further inspection. We use only the best top-grain leathers imported directly from Italy.
- Each Aluminum part is wrapped with soft packaging material to avoid bumping when it’s in transit. After the wrap, it is packaged in a separate box away from the chair’s soft parts to avoid any form of deformation from pressing.

Now that the chair is assembled, I can attest the furniture is solid and built well, high quality. The concerns I had about the clip system for the cushions is not a concern at all. Had I not read about that feature, I would have no idea. To my lay eyes, the cushions are firmly in place without any sort of suggestion otherwise.
The chair is also very comfortable. I use it for hours of reading and writing without getting sore or stiff. The leather is high quality and shows no sign of my cats’ claws who so far have not tried scratching it deliberately and have not done so just by using it for napping when I am not using it.
All around, I couldn’t be happier. I shopped around locally, and this was cheaper by over $1000 for something similar in comfort and style (but not the right look), and pretty much the same price for one that had a comparable look, sort of, but was so firmly stiff to sit upon I could not imagine getting lost in it with a Sunday crossword or the right novel.
Assembly:
Assembling the chair was straightforward and took ~40 minutes (most of which was taking off packaging). While the instructions were mostly clear, I did find that having a second pair of hands made certain steps easier. The construction is solid, and everything fit together, some screws needed bit of fiddling but all in all it reflected a high-quality product.
Quality and Aesthetics:
The quality of this chair is outstanding. The black leather is soft yet durable, and the overall design is both sleek and comfortable. It significantly elevates the ambiance of my room, adding a touch of sophistication and elegance. The chair not only looks good but also feels incredibly luxurious—much more than what I anticipated for the price I paid. I've sat in a real one and I'm not sure i could tell the difference. In both instances I found myself preferring the chair with a pillow. I am 6ft2 and the taller version fit perfect.
Overall Experience:
Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Easily commands a $1599 price, and it has undoubtedly enhanced the look and feel of my living space for many years. The only down side is it makes the rest of everything look less 'good' relative LOL
